WHAT WE OFFER
We are focused on developing the skills of Young Entrepreneurs from a wide range of backgrounds to provide them with a platform from which to start their business journey. Starting with a CV-enhancing certificate from the 'Basics of Business: Beginner to Boss' series, successful graduates progress to more advanced courses, mentoring and internships with inspirational and relevant online content all available to them via the YEA platform.
BASICS OF BUSINESS: BEGINNER TO BOSS
Basics of Business: Beginner to Boss is the flagship offering from the Young Entrepreneurs Academy and is a fresh take on teaching real-life basics of business. The series is a fun way to dip your toe into the world of entrepreneurship and learn from the experts.
On successfully completing the 20 episodes and quizzes you should have a basic grasp of what a business is, how a business works and how to set one up. You will also receive a CV-enhancing certificate of completion. ​As the series progresses you will have the chance to start working on your very own business plan, with the opportunity to pitch to the YEA Dragons and be in with a chance to win a £2,000 investment!
