YEA MENTORING

Our Mentorship Scheme provides young people with direct access to experienced YEA Mentors who will help them explore ideas, build confidence, learn skills and understand how 'business' works in the real world.​

Behind the success of the YEA mentoring scheme will be the hundreds of hugely competent business owners, professionals and topic experts who love giving back and want to support the future generation of entrepreneurs. They may focus on specific sectors, such as food and drink fashion, technology, music, recruitment, sport, events, online retail or social enterprise.

On successful admission to the YEA Mentorship Programme, Young Entrepreneurs will be able to book up to 5 of our 1-hour YEA Mentor 'drop-in sessions'.

​​​YEA Mentor sessions will cover:

• coming up with an idea

• finding customers

• pricing a product

• marketing a business

• understanding sales channels

​YEA Mentorship sessions are designed to be friendly, inspiring and practical. Young people can ask questions, test their ideas, learn from people who have built and run businesses or have specific skills in niche areas and receive guidance that helps them take their next step.​​
